Love. Murder. Decapitation! We all know the story of Macbeth, Shakespeare’s shortest tragedy and one of his most well known plays. This illustration is intended for institutional purposes and was stylized to portray a contemporary adaptation of the play’s elements. The original version of this illustration was painted using acrylic paint. I was very pleased with the outcome, but unfortunately after spending an hour at the printer we could not manage to recreate the likeness of this poster for print purposes, so naturally I was very disappointed by that.

This is an illustration I created for class a few weeks ago to be intended for Rolling Stone magazine. A portrait of Clint Eastwood in effort to showcase a review of his most recent film, Gran Torino, released in 2009. This image was created from individual ink drawings that were scanned and coloured digitally.
